Hi there! I'm Kimberly Corsello, the owner of Boswood Bagels. Along with a ton of other fun things, I make bagels from scratch. My husband & I were born & raised in Gloucester Township. My husband in Blackwood & myself in Blenheim. We graduated from Highland in 2010. I went to college in Conway, South Carolina at Coastal Carolina University & after school, moved up to Boston. My husband followed me up shortly after. We spent ten beautiful years in New England, getting to experience life throughout many towns in the Northeast. I worked in the food & beverage industry until moving to the hotel side of hospitality, working with the same company for many years until moving home. I was the Operations Manager for a four-diamond boutique hotel in Boston’s Back Bay area, just a block from the Boston Marathon Finish Line. I take pride in the many years I contributed there & miss it very much. We learned quickly upon having our son, we needed to be back home, around a community we know & trust to raise our family. Bringing our first born, two dogs, & leaving a beautiful life behind. We came back to NJ. I brought back a passion for fresh, healthy food, & first-class hospitality skills. Along the way of raising two kids at home, the dream of Boswood Bagels came to light. Pronounced Boss-Wood, this name pays homage to the places I call home, Boston & Blackwood. I cannot wait to share my love for cooking, hospitality, & community with you all.
